Position title: Project coordinator/ managerDay-to-day responsibilities (ask for job description): no job descriptionKirkland relocating offices - Need to gather files, shredding, scanning, quality checking- Far less space at new officeCurrently have 9 temps in to help with that project Need project manager Has an operations manager trying to do it who has day job Expectations: -weekly status reports with report to’s (completed/ outstanding/ foresee any issues)-quota 13 boxes per day per temp /1500 boxes total- building an internal worksteam/ workflow around that – will be point person-great if they have project management experience or paralegal experience but not necessary, cares more about abilities and fit -excel experience -multitasking -hit the ground running-be able to look at big picture and advise on how many additional temps neededTop three most important skills/experience:- Experience with excel- Ability to quickly learn- Flexibility / working well with people
